"Over the past year, we have been working to strengthen our tourism ties with Germany.
By being present at the various trade fairs for the tourism industry, maintaining contact by email and telephone and organizing Fam trips for the
German tour operators, there is now a solid foundation for the coming years", says Remon Harmelwaard, managing director of Dutch Tourism.
Besides the presence and contact with our relations, it is also the new arrangements that we have developed. You can think of themes that suit the region the foreign visitor is looking for.
These new arrangements are well received on the German market.
Once again we have something new, which the German visitors like and find interesting.
Think for example of a visit to the A'dam Lookout, This is Holland, Broekerveiling museum and Zuiderzee museum.
Because of our good ties with tourism-entrepreneurs from Noord-Holland, it is possible for us to
to make these excursions possible.
In 2020/2021 more arrangements will be developed in for example Rotterdam, Delft and The Hague.
Because we are a small country, everything is close by and our guests can see a lot in little time.
We are looking forward to a great year and the cooperation with the German tour operators and our partners.
